- When you register for a clinic or join a waitlist, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, and the athlete's name and age.
- Use of Data
- Your information is used solely to manage session reservations, provide waitlist updates, and communicate session-related information. We do not sell your personal data.
- Data Security
- We utilize industry-standard practices through our platform partners to ensure your data remains secure and accessible only for the intended operational purposes.
- Third-Party Services
- We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly visit statistics
- Supabase: secure database storage of registrations
- Resend: sending booking and waitlist emails
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam and bot protection on the registration form
- Children's Information
- Athlete details are provided by a parent or guardian, not collected from children directly. We use them only to run the clinics, and a parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete them at any time.
- Website Analytics
- We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and we cannot use it to identify you.
- Data Retention
- We automatically delete registration information 180 days after the session it was for. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
- California Privacy Rights
- If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and you will not be treated differently for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Email us to make a request.
- Your Rights
- You may contact us at any time to request the removal of your information from our records or to inquire about the data we hold regarding your account.
